Office Manager/Front Desk Receptionist for Dental office


Responsibilities for this job include:
-- answering multiple phone lines,
-- scheduling and confirming patient appointments,
-- collection of payments for daily services,
-- calling insurance companies to verify patient insurance benefits,
-- presenting treatment plans to patients,
-- posting payments from patients and insurance checks,
-- sending claims to individual insurance companies,
-- trouble shooting insurance claim issues through appeals, narratives, sending additional xrays etc,
-- clerical duties such as pulling and filing patient charts and faxing,
-- closing the books each day,
-- monthly closing and production/collection reports,
-- following up on monthly patient billing and insurance claim aging

Major federal holidays paid per year.
Annual end of year holiday bonus.

8:00 am - 5:30 pm Mon -Thurs (60 minute break for lunch)
8:00 am - 2:00 pm Fridays (No break)

Prior employment in a dental office.
