（Full-time） Dental Office Operations Director job position at Hamilton Dental Associates

The operations director is responsible for managing the overall daily operations in the practice, as well as further advancing the operational standards and patient experience. They are responsible for setting standards and policies, and directly managing the operational team to those standards.

2-3 years of health care office management preferred (Dental a plus)
BA Business preferred

• Understanding of the organization and each office’s annual plan and all dental practice management analytics reports
• Ability to guide decision-making that supports the annual plan and practice analytics goals
• Ability to create project plans and manage them closely, ensuring they align with the strategic initiatives of the organization
• Proficient in using online communication platforms and scheduling applications such as Dentrix Enterprise, Recall Max and Microsoft Office
