Job Description	Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Practice Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficient practice management. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, an understanding of dental office operations, and a commitment to patient care excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily practice operations and support staff productivity Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations Develop and implement policies to enhance practice efficiency Handle patient inquiries and manage billing and insurance claims Coordinate with dental professionals to maintain a high standard of care
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $22.00 〜 $27.00 /hour

Preferences	Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years) 1-2 years of experience in a dental office or medical practice management University or college degree obtained in the US Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of dental office software is a plus
