Responsibilities:

Patient Relations:
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying insurance information and collecting payments.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patients and visitors.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule and confirm appointments, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Assist with insurance claims processing and billing.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
