We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a background in office management, billing, and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities, ensuring an efficient and organized environment.
Billing and Insurance: Manage billing processes, including insurance claims and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Recall Phone Calls: Handle patient recall phone calls to maintain communication and scheduling of appointments.
Documentation: Maintain and organize patient records and office files in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
