Responsibilities for the Receptionist include but are not limited to:

  • Handle incoming and inter-office phone calls using switchboard system
  • Provide customer service to staff, vendors and visitors to reception areas. Maintain a friendly and professional environment in reception.
  • Coordinate help desk calls
  • Locate office personnel as needed and assist in projects as required.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Receptionist:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in high volume corporate office utilizing multi-line switchboard.
  • Strong emphasis on customer service, both via the phone and in person, to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to provide the positive interaction necessitated in a reception area, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs is desirable

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
