Description	What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Earn between $28-$38 per hour, based on your experience. Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a Monday to Friday workweek. Comprehensive Benefits: Dental and medical care IRA Medical transportation 401(k) plan to help secure your future Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations and treatments. Prepare and sterilize instruments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Manage patient records and schedule appointments. Greet patients in the waiting area and escort them to the operatory. Assist the dentist chairside during treatment, following their directions. Promote good dental hygiene by educating patients on brushing and flossing techniques, and assessing their home care habits. Ensure a sterile and neat working environment, adhering to current infection control protocols. Review patients’ health history, make chart entries, and ensure all forms and signatures are completed. Take responsibility for any expanded duties delegated by the dentist.
