DA/RDA (Part-Time) job at AMPeriodontics & Dental Implants

Specialty Chairside Assisting: Deliver exceptional, proactive chairside support during specialized periodontics, dental implant placements, bone grafting, and advanced oral surgery procedures.

General Clinical Support: Confidently assist with foundational general dentistry procedures when needed, ensuring absolute care continuity.

Surgical Sterilization & Prep: Maintain flawless surgical fields, manage sterile instrument processing, and set up advanced operatories in strict compliance with specialty dental healthcare guidelines.

Patient Advocacy & Recovery: Comfort and monitor patients through pre-operative prep and post-surgical recovery, providing detailed, empathetic post-op care instructions.

Multilingual Care: Utilize dual-language skills to facilitate seamless, comfortable communication and clear treatment plan explanations for our diverse patient demographics.

Commitment: 3 to 4 days per week

A minimum of 5 years of active experience working within general dentistry is strictly required.

Surgical Expertise: Highly preferred background or specialized experience in Oral Surgery (OS) and Periodontics.

Licensure: Open to both highly skilled traditional Dental Assistants (DA) and state-licensed Registered Dental Assistants (RDA).

Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred to effectively serve our community, though it is not an absolute dealbreaker for the right clinical match.
