Our busy and growing dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic and an assistant to join our team!

The right candidate will be available to work with both our Rehoboth Beach and Fenwick Island locations.

Our practice offers a state of the art digital and paperless environment. Our practice is fee for service and we do not participate with any dental insurance plans. We love dentistry, enjoy working with each other and have a fun team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the dental field and a prior experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a positive disposition and willingness to learn and grow.

- Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Work Hours: Four days per week from 7:30AM-5:30PM
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours)
- Overtime: Overtime available to support the team during PTO and sick days, paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- No weekends, no holidays

Proficient in digital tools, excellent customer service, willingness to learn and a love of dentistry
