（Full-time） Bilingual Dental Assistant job at Union Gospel Mission of Yakima Wash

Clinical Excellence: Perform a full range of dental assisting duties (per WAC 246-817-520), supporting dentists and hygienists during complex procedures.

Patient Advocacy & Translation: Act as a vital linguistic bridge, providing Spanish translation to ensure our Spanish-speaking patients feel heard, understood, and respected.

Holistic Support: Record vital signs and medical histories while offering spiritual encouragement and prayer to patients experiencing hardship or trauma.

Operational Integrity: Manage clinical documentation, billing codes, and equipment maintenance with high precision to ensure the clinic remains a sanctuary of excellence.

Trauma-Informed Interaction: Prioritize the emotional safety of guests, responding to emergencies with grace and maintaining a calm, Christ-like presence under stress.
