*Placing and removing temporary crowns or restorations
*Taking impressions for study models or appliances
*Removing excess cement after crown placement
*Placing sealants and fluoride treatments
*Coronal polishing
*Taking dental X-rays
*Fabricating temporary crowns
*Removing orthodontic cement and polishing after bracket removal
*Assisting with Invisalign or orthodontic procedures
*Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control
*Charting and updating patient records
*Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
*Preparing treatment rooms and materials for procedures
*Passing instruments and assisting during procedures
*Scheduling and coordinating patient care when needed
*Administrative / Front Office Duties Often Included
*Verifying dental insurance
*Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
*Collecting payments and co-pays
*Submitting insurance claims and attachments
*Following up on pre-authorizations and outstanding claims
*Skills Commonly Expected
*Knowledge of dental materials and procedures
*Radiology certification
*Infection control and OSHA compliance
*Strong communication and patient care skills
*Experience with dental software systems
*Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office

Monday through Friday
7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour unpaid lunch break
