Dental assistant (Full-Time) job position at Wayne W Lee DDS INC

Clinical Support: High-level chairside assisting, taking dental impressions, x-rays, and photos.

Patient Care: Providing coronal polishing, delivering clear pre- and post-operative instructions, and educating patients on oral hygiene.

Operational Excellence: Disinfecting treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and managing operatory/lab supplies.

Administration: Maintaining accurate electronic patient records and assisting with treatment plan creation and presentation.

Liaison: Serving as a primary point of communication between Doctors, medical professionals, and patients.

Monday - Saturday

Education: High School Diploma/GED and a certificate from an accredited dental assisting school.

Certifications: Current X-Ray License, CPR Certification, and Coronal Polishing certificate.

Experience: 1 year of dental office experience and 2 years of customer service experience.

Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player with superior time management skills.

Language: Bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is highly preferred.

Logistics: Must be 18+ years of age and able to work at both the San Francisco and San Bruno locations.
