Title	Experienced Periodontist Assistant
Job Description	Surgical Support: Provide hands-on assistance during complex periodontal and implant surgical procedures. Patient Education: Clearly communicate post-operative care instructions and monitor patient recovery status. Sterilization & Logistics: Manage surgical room preparation and maintain rigorous sterilization protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment. Treatment Coordination: Explain detailed treatment plans to patients, addressing concerns with professional empathy. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Periodontist and clinical staff to streamline daily workflows and enhance the overall patient experience.

Salary Range	【Full-time】 $25.00 〜 $28.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a dental or periodontist assistant (surgical setting required). Certifications: Active X-ray Certification is mandatory. Preferred Credentials: CPR/BLS and Sterilization Certifications are highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills for effective patient interaction.
