We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our specialized clinical team. In this role, you will be the right hand to our Endodontist, ensuring that complex root canal treatments and microsurgical procedures run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Chairside Assisting: Provide expert four-handed dentistry during endodontic procedures, including root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies.

Clinical Prep: Set up and break down sterile treatment rooms; organize specialized endodontic instruments (files, clamps, and rubber dams).

Imaging: Capture high-quality digital radiographs and CBCT (3D) scans.

Patient Advocacy: Calm patient anxieties, explain post-operative instructions, and monitor patient comfort throughout the visit.

Microscope Management: Assist the doctor with the use of the surgical operating microscope and maintain high-tech equipment.

Work Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM -5 PM
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
