Job Description	Clinical Procedures: Changing arch wires, bonding brackets/appliances, and fabricating clear retainers. Patient Records: Performing intra-oral scanning, taking orthodontic records, and obtaining radiographs. Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical notes. Sterilization & Maintenance: Sterilizing instruments, stocking supplies, and ensuring the clinical area is guest-ready. Patient Care: Delivering excellent customer service and patient care throughout the orthodontic process.

Requirements	Certified Orthodontic Assistant Licensing: Radiology License is REQUIRED. Experience: 1 year of orthodontic experience is preferred, but we value the right attitude and motivation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental fabrication, intra-oral scanning, and orthodontic record-taking. Soft Skills: Strong customer service skills and a hardworking, team-player mentality.
