If you're a rock star EFDA with a fantastic attitude, who is obsessed with quality and values being teammates with a good group of people- join us at Southern Style Dental. We are intentionally low volume by nature and sees only 6-8 patients total a day. Looking for an EDFA who is versed in all aspects of dentistry- cross train, a plus. Hours ranges from 27-32 hours per week |

| Salary Details |
Hourly pay of $20-24 range not including incentives/perks (catered lunches, starbucks, gift cards and bonuses for hitting metrics. Historically, exceptional staff has received 3k+ annually on top of their hourly and perks. Free dental treatments less lab fees for those past the 120 day mark. |
| Benefits |
Bonus goes in $1-2 yearly increments provided metrics are met. Staff who excel in the field historically has received 3K+ a year in bonus alone |
| Shift & Schedule |
At least 3 clinical days a week from 8:45-4:45pm. Other days are admin days, which could potentially turn into a 4th day, for the right candidate who wishes to take additional days. |
