（Part-time） Dental assistant job at Dental Illuminations

Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures; prepare and set up instruments and equipment for both dentists and hygienists.

Imaging & Tech: Take high-quality dental X-rays using Dexis sensors and manage patient records within Dentrix software.

Patient Education: Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene strategies and specific dental procedures.

Sterilization & Coordination: Manage instrument sterilization, assist with hygiene appointments, and maintain seamless clinical coordination with the rest of the team.

Patient Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and informed.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a dental setting.

Certification: Must be X-Ray Certified.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, and chairside assisting is required.

Education: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.

Soft Skills: Must be a cross-trained team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have:

Expanded Functions (EFDA).

Proficiency in Four-Handed Dentistry.

Experience with Dentures, Crowns, Orthodontics (Invisalign), and Treatment Planning.
