Job Description	Chairside Excellence: Provide high-level assistance during composite, amalgam, and complex restorative procedures. Laboratory & Fabrication: Fabricate temporary crowns and perform other essential lab tasks with precision. Imaging & Impressions: Capture both digital and traditional impressions and operate X-ray imaging following strict DANB standards. Operatory Management: Prepare operatories for procedures and handle full sterilization duties to maintain a pristine, safe environment. Patient Coordination: Facilitate a smooth patient experience from check-in to post-treatment care.

Requirements	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required. Certifications: DANB X-ray Certification and Dental Assistant Certification are required. Credentials: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to a patient-first approach. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative "team player" mentality.
