Multi-Specialty Assisting: Provide expert chairside support using four-handed dentistry for restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric procedures.

Imaging & Technology: Take and develop dental X-rays using proper aseptic techniques and assist with the operation of 3D scanners and advanced imaging equipment.

Clinical Prep: Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments to ensure a seamless workflow and a sterile environment.

Patient Documentation: Accurately record vital signs and medical history in EMR systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic) while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

Patient Education: Guide patients through their procedures, explaining post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices to ensure long-term health.

Safety Standards: Uphold rigorous infection control protocols and surface decontamination in accordance with OSHA standards.

Professional Development: Gain experience in a wide variety of dental specialties including endodontics and prosthodontics.

Tuesday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), including some Saturdays.

Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or within a similar dental clinic setting.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic is preferred; familiarity with medical coding is a plus.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and aseptic sterilization processes.

Radiography: Ability to perform X-ray procedures accurately while adhering to all safety standards.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with pediatric patients and their families.

Certification: Training or certification in chairside assisting is highly desirable.
