Chairside Assisting: Provide high-quality orthodontic assistance during adjustments, bondings, and debondings.

Patient Engagement: Use your excellent interpersonal skills to make patients feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in their treatment.

Clinical Maintenance: Ensure all instruments are properly sterilized via autoclaving and maintain a clean, organized clinical bay.

Communication: Clearly explain orthodontic instructions and "next steps" to patients and parents.
