Job Summary

Assist with pediatric and orthodontic procedures
Take high-quality x-rays
Provide excellent patient care and comfort during appointments
Sterilize and prepare equipment
Assist doctors in maintaining a smooth workflow in the office
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene best practices
Manage electronic health records (EHR) using systems such as Eaglesoft and Dolphin to ensure accurate medical documentation and record keeping.
Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license with experience in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics required.
Proven experience working with EMR/practice management systems such as Eaglesoft and Dolphin
Proficiency in taking dental X-rays (including 3D imaging) and chairside assisting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members; compassionate approach to patient care.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy.

- Work Hours: Thursdays for an RDA Ortho Assistant 8 AM -5 PM

- Work Hours: DA/RDA for a Pediatric Dental Assistant Mon., Tues., Fri., 8 AM- 5 PM AND 2 SAT a Month 7:40 am-2:30 pm
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours)
