Schedule

Office opens at 9:00 AM

20-minute paid breaks provided

1-hour lunch break

Lunch is typically 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, but may be adjusted later depending on patient schedule and workload

No weekends

No major holidays

Schedule details and specific days will be discussed during the interview. Flexible hours available.

Responsibilities include chairside assisting during restorative and surgical procedures, preparing and breaking down operatories, sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards, taking digital radiographs, assisting with impressions and fabrication of temporaries, supporting endodontic, implant, and surgical treatments, monitoring patient comfort and safety during procedures, reviewing medical histories, charting during treatment, and coordinating with the front office to maintain efficient patient flow.

Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of infection control protocols, the ability to anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures, comfort with digital systems and imaging technology, excellent communication and patient interaction skills, and be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn advanced procedures and expand clinical skills are essential.

-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-Experience with advanced dental procedures
-Familiarity with OpenDental software is a plus
-Experience with digital X-Rays
