Smile Now Dental is looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting our dentists during procedures, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description	Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during exams and procedures; prepare treatment areas and ensure tools are sterilized and ready. Radiography & Polishing: Take and develop dental X-rays and perform coronal polishing (required). Patient Care: Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care; maintain a compassionate and professional chairside manner. Administration: Manage patient records (HIPAA compliant), schedule appointments, and assist with receptionist duties as needed. Lab Work: Assist in the fabrication of dental prosthetics, specifically for prosthodontics cases.

Requirements	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Experience: Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience. Licensing: * Valid X-ray License (Required) Certified Dental Assistant (Required) Ability to perform Coronal Polishing. Skills: Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation. Location: Ability to commute to Campbell, CA 95008 (In-person).
