（Full-time） Orthodontic Technician / Assistant job at All in One Benso Family Dental

Clinical Orthodontics: Perform wire changes, ligating, sizing bands, and preparing teeth for bonding/debonding.

Digital Ortho: Take high-quality digital impressions (iTero/3Shape), clinical photographs, and cephalometric/panoramic X-rays.

Inventory Management: Take the lead on ordering and organizing orthodontic-specific supplies (brackets, wires, TADs, and Invisalign shipments) to ensure zero downtime.

Patient Education: Instruct patients on oral hygiene with appliances, elastics wear, and emergency care.

Lab Coordination: Manage the flow of appliances (retainers, expanders, space maintainers) between the office and the lab.

Monday to Friday

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Orthodontic assisting (Mid-level proficiency required).

Technical Skills: Strong manual dexterity and experience with modern orthodontic software and digital scanning.

Leadership: Ability to manage Inventory Management systems specifically for the ortho wing.

Certifications: Arizona X-ray Certification (Required).
