What This Role Looks Like:
• Assisting chairside during restorative, cosmetic, oral surgery, endodontics, pediatrics, removable and clear aligner procedures.

• Take radiographs, chart notes, take vitals, digital scans, intaoral photos.

•. Present treatment plans and payment options.

• Helping keep our clinical systems running smoothly
• Supporting and mentoring other assistants
• Managing sterilization and infection control protocols
• Keeping rooms fully stocked and ready for efficient appointments
• Communicating closely with the doctor and front team
• Helping us continuously improve and grow

- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM;
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).

- No weekend shifts required.
- Holidays off

Preferences:

Experience with Open Dental
Assisting advanced dental procedures
Running weekly, monthly, quarterly system maintenances.
Experience with pediatric dental patients
CBCT use
Digital impression scanner use
DTX studio for X-rays
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and cost with financing options
Managing lab cases
Writing chart notes and taking vitals.
