Job Description	Chairside Assisting: Assist the Pediatric Dentist during various procedures including exams, fillings, extractions, and stainless steel crowns. Radiography: Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays (FMX, Pano, and PAs) following safety protocols. Patient Prep: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards, and set up trays with appropriate pediatric-sized tools. Education: Instruct children and parents on proper oral hygiene, post-operative care, and nutritional habits. Clinical Duties: Perform coronal polishing and apply sealants (for RDA-licensed candidates). Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital patient records, including charting treatments and updating medical histories.

Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and X-ray certification are required. Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric or orthodontic setting is highly preferred, but we value a "team player" attitude and a willingness to learn. Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service, a joyful personality, and the ability to alleviate dental anxiety in children. Technical: Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix) and digital imaging.
