Clinical Support: Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.

Sterilization & Safety: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage dental waste using strict infection control and aseptic techniques.

Imaging: Capture and develop high-quality dental X-rays for accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Patient Care: Monitor vital signs, ensure patient comfort, and provide a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Administration: Manage patient records and clinical documentation within Open Dental, ensuring full HIPAA compliance and assisting with medical coding/billing as needed.

Monday to Friday

High school diploma or equivalent.

Relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain) for dental assisting and X-ray operation.

Strict adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Clinical Expertise:

Knowledge of dental/medical terminology and anatomy.

Proficiency in dental sterilization and disinfection procedures.

Experience with medical imaging equipment and patient monitoring.

Understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and healthcare safety standards.

Administrative & Soft Skills:

Experience with Open Dental or similar EMR systems.

Strong record-keeping and medical scheduling abilities.

Ability to maintain an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.
