Title	Dental assistant
Job Description	Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) Record and update patient information and treatment notes in the practice management software Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and ensure they feel comfortable and informed Maintain dental supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed Support front desk operations when needed, including scheduling and patient check-in/out Willing to train the right candidate
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Starting Pay is based on experience
Benefits	401(k) Health insurance Paid time off
Shift & Schedule	Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week
Requirements	Required: Dental Assistant certification in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain) X-ray certification required
Preferences	Current CPR certification preferred Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply) Excellent communication and patient care skills Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
