Instead of a traditional office, you will travel to local schools to provide vital dental care to underserved children. Smile Programs is the nation’s leading school-based mobile dental provider. Founded by two dentists who were also mothers, the program was created to solve the problem of dental access for children who cannot easily get to a traditional clinic. Title	Dental assistant
Job Description	Provide high-quality dental assisting services during mobile dental clinics. Capture digital X-ray images using the latest radiography technology. Set up, break down, and sterilize portable dental equipment daily. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting. Travel daily to various school sites to bring care directly to students. Collaborate effectively with a small, dedicated clinical team to ensure a smooth school day.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $36,800.00 〜 $47,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Hours: Standard school day schedule (approximately 6–7 hours per day). Typical Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Days: Monday through Friday. Balance: No nights, no weekends, and summers off!
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Driver’s license X-ray / Radiography Certification Valid Radiology/X-ray License. Current CPR Certification. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for daily travel. Previous professional experience as a Dental Assistant. Proven ability to work well with children and put them at ease. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences	Coronal Polishing Certificate. Experience in pediatric dentistry or school-based settings. Proficiency with digital X-ray imaging software and medical documentation.
