We are a busy, high-quality orthodontic practice in Laguna Niguel seeking an energetic, organized, and patient-focused Orthodontic Chairside Assistant to join our team. Title	Orthodontic Chairside Assistant
Job Description	• Assisting the orthodontist chairside during patient appointments • Preparing patients for treatment and explaining procedures in a friendly, reassuring manner • Taking orthodontic records, including digital scans, photos, and X-rays (as applicable) • Assisting with banding, bonding, wire changes, and appliance adjustments • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized clinical area • Maintaining inventory of clinical supplies and restocking as needed • Providing excellent customer service to patients and parents • Supporting the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and on-time appointments

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Our shifts are broken up into mornings and afternoons.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Driver’s license Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Certified Orthodontic Assistant Infection Control License Experienced Dental Assistant (2+ years) Other Dental Software (Orthotrac) • Friendly, professional, and dependable with a positive “how can I help?” attitude • Experience as an orthodontic or dental chairside assistant preferred (will train the right candidate) • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting • Attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort and safety • Looking for a long-term position and eager to grow within a high-quality practice
