Job Description	Clinical Support: Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Patient Management: Handle patient intake, update medical histories, and maintain accurate digital charting. Sterilization & Safety: Manage sterilization protocols, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain dental instruments/lab work. Operational Agility: Support the front office with scheduling or administrative tasks when necessary to maintain a productive flow.

Requirements	Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting and a high level of comfort with dental technology/charting. Traits: We are looking for someone who is personable, empathetic, and reliable. A "can-do" attitude and a focus on long-term employment are essential.
