Salary Details	We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing portable dental services team. This position involves traveling with the clinical team to off-site locations to provide limited high-quality dental care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, excellent with patients, and confident with X-rays and oral surgery assistance. This role also offers commission opportunities based on performance and patient services, to be discussed during the interview. ✅ Responsibilities Travel to off-site locations with portable dental equipment Set up/clean up rooms Take high-quality digital X-rays using portable X-ray units Chairside assisting during exams, restorative procedures, and oral surgery Assist with extractions and post-op instructions Prepare instruments and maintain sterile field Provide compassionate and friendly patient care, especially with seniors and special-needs patients Manage basic charting and documentation Communicate professionally with facility staff and patients Ensure proper infection control and equipment handling
Shift & Schedule	Flexible scheduling based on mobile clinic routes and facility availability Shifts typically occur on weekdays, with occasional weekends as needed Morning start times vary by location Ideal for candidates seeking flexible or part-time hours, with opportunity for more days as the program grows
