Job Description	Patient Care: Welcome patients warmly and prepare them for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort and ease. Clinical Support: Assist the dentist through proficient 4-handed dentistry during various procedures. Preparation: Select and set up necessary instruments, equipment, and materials required for specific dental treatments. Sterilization: Maintain a safe and clean environment by sterilizing instruments and equipment according to strict safety regulations. Radiography: Safely operate medical imaging equipment to take high-quality X-rays for diagnostic purposes. Administrative Support: Ability to assist with front-office tasks as needed to support smooth office operations. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $24.00 〜 $30.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Technical Skills: Proven experience in dental assisting and chairside assisting techniques. Infection Control: Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and general infection control standards. Safety: Certified and proficient in working with X-ray equipment. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain medical terminology clearly to patients.
Preferences	Open Dental Software: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically Open Dental. Versatility: Previous experience managing both clinical (back-office) and administrative (front-office) tasks.
