Job Description	Clinical Mastery: Assist in diverse procedures; take X-rays (PA, BW, CBCT) and digital scans. Advanced Tech: Design and fabricate CEREC crowns, bridges, and implant restorations. Patient Advocacy: Discuss treatment options to help patients understand their health; teach oral hygiene strategies. Operations: Manage sterilization, monitor inventory, track lab cases, and maintain high-tech equipment. Safety & Emergency: Adhere to strict infection control and manage medical emergencies (CPR/Oxygen) per RTD protocols.

Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Flexible Scheduling
Requirements	Education: Dental Assistant School completion preferred; however, experienced assistants are encouraged to apply regardless of formal education. Experience: 1+ years in a dental office with EMR proficiency preferred. Certification: Dental Assisting and X-ray certifications (preferred). Skills: Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and a "team-first" flexible attitude. Bilingual Perk: Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will receive an increased compensation rate. Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Rivertown office locations when requested.
