We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated EFDA to join our growing clinical team. This role is designed for a professional who balances high-level clinical technicality with a warm, educational approach to patient comfort. As an EFDA, you will play a central role in our clinical workflow, performing expanded functions while ensuring our operatories run with precision and care.

Title	Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform expanded functions as regulated, including 4-handed dentistry to assist the dentist during complex procedures. Patient Comfort & Education: Prepare patients for treatment, ensure their comfort throughout the visit, and provide clear oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Operatory Management: Set up necessary instruments, equipment, and materials for each procedure; maintain a clean, sterile, and well-stocked workspace. Sterilization: Strictly follow health and safety regulations to sterilize instruments and equipment according to industry standards. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate digital patient records, assist with payment procedures, and utilize computer systems for daily operations. Laboratory Tasks: Undertake specific lab duties as instructed by the lead dentist.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $25.00 〜 $30.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements	Certification: Valid EFDA Certification and Radiology Certification are mandatory. Education: High school diploma or GED. Technical Skills: Proven experience in dental sterilization procedures and medical equipment cleaning. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail. Computer Literacy: Basic computer operation skills for managing patient records.
Preferences	Open Dental Software: Previous experience with Open Dental and Carestream software. Experience: Prior experience as a Dental Assistant in a high-volume clinical setting. Training: Graduation from an accredited dental assistant school or additional specialized dental training.
