Specialized Chairside Assisting: Provide expert assistance during endodontic procedures using fully digital workflows and advanced imaging.

Patient Advocacy: Guide nervous patients through their procedures, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.

Sterilization and Safety: Maintain a pristine, hazard-free environment by strictly adhering to all infection control and sterilization protocols.

Office Stewardship: Manage dental inventory, order clinical supplies, and maintain organized operatories.

Administrative Cross-Support: Assist with scheduling and front-desk duties as needed to ensure seamless practice operations and coordination with referring offices.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Current licensure as a Licensed or Registered Dental Assistant (LDA/RDA).

Valid CPR/BLS Certification.

High level of proficiency with digital X-ray equipment and electronic record-keeping.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management and the ability to work effectively within a small team.

Previous experience in an Endodontic or specialized surgical setting.

Fluency in Spanish (highly valued for patient communication).

Prior knowledge of dental insurance and specialized medical scheduling.

Experience with inventory management.
