Job Description	Advanced Restorative Care: Perform high-quality fillings and restorations within the scope of Ohio EFDA licensure. Clinical Leadership: Lead patient appointments by coordinating with the dentist on treatment planning and case presentation. Medical Imaging: Capture and manage high-quality digital radiographs and diagnostic images. Surgical Support: Assist with dental extractions and other comprehensive clinical procedures. Patient Interaction: Build rapport with patients, ensuring their comfort and providing clear education on their oral health needs. Emergency Preparedness: Maintain readiness to utilize CPR and AED skills in the event of a clinical emergency. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workflow to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $34,600.00 〜 $44,200.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Clinical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Friday: Occasional opportunities for additional hours. Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensure: Current Ohio EFDA licensure in good standing. Radiography: Valid State Radiographer’s License with proven competence in digital radiography. Certifications: Current CPR and AED Certification. Experience: Previous experience in dental assisting and a strong foundation in clinical protocols. Mindset: An ambition to grow into a leadership role within the clinical team.
Preferences	Expertise: Advanced experience in comprehensive treatment planning and complex restorative cases. Continuing Education: A proactive interest in utilizing continuing education credits to advance clinical skills.
