Title	Registered Dental Assistant
Job Description	Clinical Assistance: Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during various dental procedures and examinations. Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their physical and emotional comfort throughout their visit. Imaging: Capture high-quality diagnostic dental radiographs and assist with medical imaging as needed. Sterilization: Maintain the highest standards of infection control by sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms according to OSHA regulations. Documentation: Review and update patient records, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate and compliant with practice protocols. Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene guidance to ensure optimal long-term outcomes.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $16.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Certification: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Iowa. Life Support: Valid CPR Certification. Clinical Skills: Proven experience in direct patient care and dental assisting protocols. Attitude: A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Entry-Level: We welcome motivated entry-level candidates who possess the required licensure.
Preferences	Advanced Credential: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) designation. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with modern dental practice management software. Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume general dentistry setting.
