Chairside Assisting: Support the dentist through proficient four-handed dentistry during various clinical procedures.

Patient Preparation: Welcome patients, prepare them for treatments or checkups, and ensure their physical and emotional comfort.

Clinical Setup: Select, set up, and organize the instruments, equipment, and materials required for each procedure.

Sterilization & Safety: Sterilize all instruments according to strict health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, aseptic workspace.

Patient Education: Provide clear oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care guidance to patients.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, assist with payment procedures, and manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix.

Maintenance: Keep dental operatories well-stocked and perform laboratory tasks as instructed by the dentist.

Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in dental assisting.

Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and four-handed dentistry.

Certifications: Valid X-ray Certification and CPR Certification.

Software: Strong computer skills with hands-on experience using Dentrix.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of reliability.

Advanced Training: Graduation from an accredited dental assistant school.

Clinical Certifications: EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) certification or training.

Specialized Skills: Proficiency in regulated non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing.
