Chairside Assisting: Provide expert assistance to dentists during general, prosthodontic, endodontic, and pediatric procedures using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques.

Advanced Imaging: Operate X-ray machines and 3D scanners to capture precise diagnostic images for treatment planning.

Infection Control: Maintain strict sterilization and disinfection protocols, utilizing ultrasonic cleaning and aseptic techniques to uphold top-tier hygiene standards.

Patient Care: Greet patients, take vital signs, manage patient comfort, and provide specialized support for pediatric patients to ease anxiety.

Clinical Documentation: Manage electronic health records (EHR) via systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring accurate patient charting and medical history updates.

Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including medical scheduling, managing records, and maintaining HIPAA compliance to protect patient confidentiality.

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday – Sunday: Closed

Clinical Knowledge: Practical experience in a dental clinic setting with a strong grasp of dental terminology and anatomy.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dental imaging equipment and EMR/EHR software (Dentrix or Eaglesoft).

Safety Standards: Thorough understanding of infection control, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and aseptic techniques.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members.

Regulatory Compliance: Deep commitment to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy.

Certifications: Radiology certification is highly preferred.

Specialized Skills: Experience with 3D scanners, dental impressions, or medical coding.

Versatility: Previous experience in specialized areas such as endodontics or prosthodontics.

Pediatrics: Proven ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with children.
