（Part-time） Dental assistant job at SCARSDALE DENTAL GROUP

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Take digital X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Requirements**
- Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification a plus
- X-ray certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in dental software and computer skills
- Prior experience in a dental office preferred but not required
