Job Description	Clinical Assistance: Assist the dentist during examinations and complex procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency. Sterilization & Safety: Prepare, sanitize, and sterilize instruments and equipment in strict accordance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards. Imaging: Capture and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and operate 3D scanners for advanced diagnostic imaging. Patient Education: Guide patients through oral hygiene instructions and provide clear, empathetic post-operative care directions. Record Management: Maintain precise patient records, including medical coding and documentation within dental software systems. Administrative Support: Assist with front desk duties, including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and handling billing inquiries. Specialized Care: Support pediatric dental procedures with a gentle, patient-focused approach tailored to younger patients.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $17.00 〜 $21.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a general or pediatric dentistry setting. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general dental assisting techniques and strict infection control practices. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members. Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage patient files and clinical tasks simultaneously. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in taking dental X-rays and providing post-operative instructions.
Preferences	Certification: Formal certification in Dental Assisting or other relevant dental qualifications. Software: Experience using Epic or other dental electronic health record (EHR) systems. Administrative: Familiarity with medical coding and front-office reception duties. Advanced Imaging: Prior experience operating 3D dental scanners.
