Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.

Clinical Imaging: Capture high-quality digital X-rays and impressions; assist with 3D scanning as required (training provided).

Patient Support: Greet patients, take vital signs, and explain treatment steps clearly to help put patients at ease.

Infection Control: Maintain rigorous sterilization standards, including surface decontamination and instrument processing.

Documentation: Efficiently update patient charts and manage clinical documentation within the Open Dental EMR system.

Operational Flow: Help manage patient flow and coordination to ensure the practice operates smoothly.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Licensure: Valid state license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and monitoring patient vital signs.

Infection Control: Demonstrated knowledge of surface decontamination and sterilization protocols.

Language: Professional fluency in English.

Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Bilingualism: Fluency in Spanish is highly encouraged to assist our diverse patient population.

Software: Previous experience using Open Dental software.

Education: Candidates with a background as foreign-trained dentists looking to gain U.S. clinical experience are welcome.

Experience: Prior experience in a busy dental clinic or general dentistry setting.
