Job Description	Clinical Assistance: Provide skilled chairside assistance to the dentist during various procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. Patient Care: Seat patients, review medical histories, and ensure a comfortable, positive experience from start to finish. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain rigorous sterilization and disinfection protocols for instruments and treatment rooms in accordance with safety standards. Radiography: Efficiently capture high-quality X-rays for diagnostic purposes. Operations Support: Assist with dental material inventory and order placement to ensure the office remains fully stocked. Team Collaboration: Support daily office duties and cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	401(k) with employer matching. Immediate family dental plan and employee discounts. Uniform/Scrub allowance (after 90 days). Professional development assistance and on-the-job training.
Shift & Schedule	Days: Monday through Thursday. Hours: 7:20 AM – 5:00 PM.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support X-ray / Radiography Certification High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Valid X-Ray Certification. Current CPR Certification. Proven knowledge of dental sterilization and disinfection procedures. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered demeanor.
Preferences	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Previous experience in chairside dental assisting (2+ years preferred). Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential. Experience with dental supply ordering and inventory management.
