Job Description	Advanced Chairside Support: Provide strong, confident chairside assisting in a wide range of adult procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, and surgical treatments. Digital Dentistry: Support and manage advanced treatment workflows, including same-day CEREC crown fabrication (in-office dental fabrication) and operation of intraoral scanners and other digital platforms. Workflow Management: Work efficiently and effectively to anticipate the needs of both the provider and the patient, maintaining an ideal clinical workflow in a fast-moving practice. Compliance and Sterilization: Maintain a pristine, organized, and calming treatment environment, demonstrating high competency and accountability for sterilization protocols and strict OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Patient Experience: Contribute to the elevated patient experience by adhering to the full comfort menu and maintaining a professional, organized, and accountable demeanor.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $25.00 〜 $29.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Incentive: Sign-on bonus offered. Benefits Package Includes: 401(k) with Matching, Retirement Plan, Dental Insurance, Employee Discount, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Shift & Schedule	Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Typical Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Weekends: No weekends required.
Requirements	X-ray / Radiography Certification Cosmetic Dentistry Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Dental Assisting experience (3-5 years strongly preferred). Focus: Experience must be in adult general and cosmetic dentistry (No pediatrics focus). Certification: Current Florida X-Ray Certification is required. Clinical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of chairside assisting across restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, and surgical procedures. Professionalism: Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, confidence, and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferences	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant CEREC Experience with CEREC or same-day crown fabrication workflows is strongly preferred. Experience with digital dentistry platforms (e.g., intraoral scanners). Current status as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
