Chairside Assisting: Provide empathetic, effective, and precise chairside assistance to dental providers during a variety of routine and complex dental procedures.

Patient Experience: Create a comfortable, supportive, and understanding environment for every patient through exceptional patient interaction and empathetic chairside manner.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with dental providers, hygiene providers, and both clinical and front office teams to ensure a smooth, holistic approach to patient care.

Clinical Support: Readiness to assist with various clinical procedures with precision and care, playing a crucial role in helping patients achieve their ideal smile.

Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, adhering strictly to all safety and sterilization protocols.

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Typical Hours: 8-hour day shifts, generally starting at 9:00 AM (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Weekends/Nights: No nights or weekends required.

Licensure: Current, active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of professional dental assisting experience.

Certification: Current CPR Certification.

Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional patient interaction and customer service.

Location: Ability to reliably commute to our San Diego, CA (92110) location.

Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in a mid-level clinical support role.

Experience in complex dental procedures.

A natural aptitude for fostering patient comfort and trust.
