Chairside Assisting: Provide efficient, skilled chairside assistance during a wide range of orthodontic procedures and adjustments.

Patient Comfort and Interaction: Proactively ensure patient comfort, manage interactions positively, and contribute to a welcoming experience during all appointments.

Clinical Preparation: Prepare patients, equipment, and materials for treatments, ensuring the highest standards of sterilization and infection control are met.

Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.

Time Management: Manage appointment flow efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management to maintain a consistent schedule.

Support and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the doctor and administrative team, demonstrating adaptability to support clinic needs.

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (exact two days vary weekly).

Typical Hours: Shifts generally fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Weekends: No weekend shifts are required.

Experience: Prior experience in a Dental Assisting role.

Skills: Strong customer service skills and excellent time management abilities.

Certifications: Current CPR Certification.

Attitude: A reliable, adaptable, and dedicated team player with a passion for the patient experience.

Specialized Experience: At least two (2) years of specific orthodontic assisting experience.

Clinical Focus: Mid-level proficiency in orthodontic clinical procedures.

Customer Service: At least one (1) year of experience in a focused customer service environment.
