Robinson Dental is seeking a self-motivated and highly skilled individual to join our Assistant Team in Cascade, MI. We are looking for a team member who is eager to learn, comfortable with continuing education, and capable of performing at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Title	Dental assistant
Job Description	Chairside Assisting: Prepare patients for oral examinations and assist the doctor in providing treatment to the teeth, mouth, and gums. Sterilization & Prep: execute room setup, teardown, and sanitation procedures before and after each patient to ensure safety. Imaging & Scanning: Process X-rays and perform oral scans using advanced technology such as i-CAT, Itero, and Identafi. Lab Duties: Take dental impressions, pour up models, and fabricate temporary crowns. Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment options using typodonts, Guru software, and other visual aids. Advanced Procedures: Perform sophisticated functions such as removing sutures.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $31,700.00 〜 $40,600.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends: Closed
Requirements	Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide an excellent patient experience. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to participate in continuing education. Proficiency in taking dental impressions and fabrication.
Preferences	iTero Experience with i-CAT, Itero, or Identafi technology. Prior experience with temporary crown fabrication.
