Title	Pediatric Dental Assistant
Job Description	Assist the Pediatric Dentist during various dental procedures, demonstrating ease and proficiency in chairside support. Interact positively and compassionately with patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and engaging experience. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage operatory workflow efficiently. Maintain accurate electronic patient records, utilizing our high-tech, paperless practice management software. Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-procedure care. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in implementing new office policy improvements focused on customer care. Contribute positively to the team environment, working collaboratively to achieve practice goals.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $35,700.00 〜 $45,600.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday. No Weekends or Evenings. Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements	Positive Attitude and an ease in interacting with people across different age groups. Strong commitment to Accuracy, Honesty, and Integrity. Excellent Attention to Detail and ability to take constructive criticism for continued growth. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking for conflict resolution. Must provide at least three (3) professional references from previous employers or supervisors.
Preferences	Current status as a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA). Experience working in a Dental or Medical office setting. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and dental practice management software(s). Previous customer service experience. Strong computer and typing skills.
