Provide efficient chairside assistance to dentists during a full range of dental procedures.

Manage and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and understanding of procedures.

Perform dental sterilization procedures; deliver and retrieve instruments to and from the sterilization area.

Set up and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly.

Maintain the overall cleanliness and order of the clinic workspace.

Perform clinic opening and closing duties, including securing the facility.

Handle direct patient care interactions with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Accurately record patient information and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and solve problems independently.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (in fingers and forearm).

Ability to read, write legibly, and speak English with professional quality.

Proficiency in performing basic math functions.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work calmly and courteously under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, be assertive in following policies, and pay close attention to detail.

Willingness to relocate to Rancho Mirage, CA, before the start of employment (if not local).

Minimum of one (1) year of prior Dental Assisting experience.

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role involving direct patient interaction.

Experience with patient care protocols and task prioritization in a dental setting.
